Cardano Testnet problem, Vechain POA upgrade

Cardano(ADA) has a testnet problem that was deemed significant and that has been there since version 1.1.0. Hopefully this does not cause further delays and can be easily fixed. Vechain(VET) is going to have a POA protocol upgrade soon that will improve security.
