Insolar is doing a token swap and it is extremely unwise to buy INS right now as they are just diluting the current token holders and trying to get more money off the sale of the tokens when transitioning to the mainnet. They are giving current token holders a 1:10 swap ratio but are actually increasing the max supply from 50 million to 10 billion, a 200x increase. If you wish to buy, you will want to buy after they change to XNS for sure.
